Is Mefenamic Acid releif right upper abdominal pain? - upper abdominal pain more condition_symptoms

My father, "Matastatic adenocarcinoma. Mefenamic acid is snoring in his right upper abdominal pain, oral, or sometimes as a form of suppositories. He gastric ulcer. Is it good for him without the mefenamic acid? Or that one better?
