The trains leave several times a day, from Le Havre to Paris. The trip takes approximately 2 hours and so there can be little as 15 € one way during peak hours costs.
Paris is a very easy to navigate and explore its attractions, and even know people who have never set foot in the city that the guidelines, in my opinion, are an unnecessary expense. Any good guide will show enough evidence for any reasonable and intelligent and write.

If you are in Paris, a good way to become familiar with the city's new is to take a boat trip on the Seine, also known Bateaux Mouches. From memory, they leave the Pont de l'Alma.
