113/ 9th grade / Fat? - how can a fat 9th grader get muscular

Now the 5'2 and I am a student in the 9th. I have a Bigg ass (do not try to get sound) and as a kind of thig thick. but I have a flat belly and curves. The average Colombian so I think I have hips wider than the Americans. please help mee. be honest.
